yes, and I feel very bad when I recall it. there was a debate competition in my school and I participate every year and win the first prize but this year I knew about it on before the day of the competition. I came home and without wasting my time I started working on it .i wrote the speech and tried to prepare myself from afternoon 3: oo pm to midnight 3:ooam but I couldn't still I did not give up. soon the time passed and I was ready to go to school with a lot of nervousness and low confidence. after going to school I saw my friends they gave their 100% and I was fully blank at that time i gave up and went for another competition. on that day i cried a lot and did not had my food.
