Have you ever thought why you sometimes feel better when you sleep for sometime??

Pls someone ans this fast and its really really urgent. Pls help me.......

Because, sleep reduces our anxiety, restlessness, eases our breathing pattern,gives rest to our brain to unwind and much more.
