okay, now that I have experienced the first two things, I think I can give the answer,
So getting angry and worried easily - to calm down I just count down numbers in case of anger but worry won't go unless you relax, to relax your mind you need to get some fresh air, so I suggest you to chill by going out or atleast to the terrace
and coming to grief for lost loved ones, I don't know what to answer, I mean to whoever this advice is, my deep condolence towards you for losing your loved one, ik that is very painful but remember one thing - if that person was alive would he/she want you to be sad?
