We are asked the question of whether we have learned anything about our anger which we are supposed to answer. The required answer whether we have learned anything from our anger is as below:
- Anger is such an emotion that creates havoc wherever it goes.
- So we should try to escape as much as we can from having this emotion.
- Anger makes you say things that you never mean and it results in you feeling bad later.

- So even if a person is angry he should try to control his anger.
- One of the best ways of controlling our anger is having a glass of water and leaving the place of conflict immediately.
