have you seen anybody window green at home or in a paddy field what is the word in your language for winnowing what do you people used for winnowing give the words in your language if you know them

Winnowing is an old method of separating rice grains and lighter particles like husks, chaff and dirt.

The process is done by throwing the grains ina slanting postion in the ground slowly infront of a heavy wind like that cominfg from a table fan.

The wind will cause the husks to accumulate in a different place, slightly away, and the grains will fall in one place forming separate heaps.
