The process that is happening in our daily lives is evaporation, precipitation, freezing, rainbow formation, photosynthesis, etc.

  • Evaporation: Evaporation is the process by which a  liquid turns into a gas below the boiling temperature. When water gains heat energy, it turns into gas. The rise in temperature accelerates the rate of evaporation.
  • Precipitation: Precipitation is the product of the condensation of water vapor in the atmosphere that falls under the gravitational pull of clouds. The main forms of precipitation are drizzle, rain, sleet, snow, and ice pellets.
  • Freezing: Freezing is the phase change of a substance from a liquid to a solid.
  • Photosynthesis: It is the process by which green plants use sunlight to create their own food. Photosynthesis is necessary for life on earth.
