y= 3^( -x)

Here its reflection across y axis

As if x is opposite sign taken it will give same y

Eg x= 5 y= 3^5

x= -5 y= 3^ (-(-5)) = 3^5

2)y= 3^( -x) and y= (1/3)^x are same
