Here is your answer !!

Speed of the soundwave in air=340m/s
Frequency = 20kHz = 20000Hz
Wavelength = 340/20000
= 0.017m
= 0.017×100 cm = 1.7cm

Speed of sound wave in water = 1480m/s
Frequency same = 20000Hz

wavelength = 1480/20000
= 0.074 m = 7.4cm
