generally in which type of questions the formula that we use is:

HCF×LCM=FIRST NUMBER × SECOND NUMBER.

now using the above formula we get the product of HCF and LCM is:

HCF×LCM=19×6=114

now one number is given that is 18

let another number be 'a'

so we get

19×6=18×a

114=18×a

114/18=a

a=aproxx 7.

I guess there is error in information of number given.becoz the answer is coming in decimal. hope if the formula helps in further question.
