Methane is not soluble in water and if it was it would not ionize in water. The acidic hydrogen needs to be attached to a highly electronegative atom or group that can form a stable anion - like HCl, for example:
H-Cl ===> H^+ + Cl^-
Methane cannot have this kind of behavior because the electronegativities of C and H are very similar.
