As HCl is a strong acid which contains more hydronium ions which gets easily dissociate in water. Also, HCl is an ionic compound, when added to water, the strong electrostatic bond between the atoms of water break the electrostatic bond between the atoms of HCl.

Thus, HCl gets easily dissociate in water.
