⭐HCL is formed by dissolving hydrogen chloride in water. GASTRIC ACID is the hydrochloric acid component of GASTRIC JUICE. ...

Student645: and hydrogen and chlorine both are gases while HCl is a liquid
goyalsuhani32: Hydrogen chloride, (HCl), a compound of the elements hydrogen and chlorine, a gas at room temperature and pressure. A solution of the gas in water is called hydrochloric acid.

when hcl is a gas it does not have any acidic properties. it is true that we get hcl in liquid form but that is because it is diffficult to experiment with or clean anything when its in a gaseous state. it is primarily formed by reaction between H and Cl as gases then turned into its liquid state so that it can be used to clean car parts , to clean house floors or to use in labs.
