hcl is present in human so why it is not consider organic acid

In order for an acid to be an organic one, it has to be carbon based. HCl has no carbon atoms in it. Hence, it is not considered to be an organic acid, even if it's produced inside our stomachs. — It is not because it is in your body it can not be a ' mineral' acid.
