The dual nature of radiation here basically mean ‘the wave nature’ and ‘the particle nature’. The light which is a form of radiation from the Sun, also possess dual nature. Light generate interference pattern in ‘Young's Double Slit Experiment’ which is possible only if light is ‘Wave in Nature’ with some wavelength (lamda).

Moreover in Photoelectric Effect we have seen that when light with frequency greater than threshold frequency strikes the cathode, it ejects electron. And hence photoelectric current is generated in the circuit. Such behavior of Light is only possible if Light is particle in Nature.

Just think this way- When light strikes a cathode tube it ejects electron. Hence light must have some particles in it which possess the necessary energy that is transferred to the ejected electron (to come out from cathode) . Such particles are called photons.
