  • Angle of hexagon are in ratio 1 :2 : 3 : 4 : 6 : 8

To find -

  • Find the measurement of each angles.

Solution -

Let each angles be of x then,

1 = 1x

2 = 2x

3 = 3x

4 = 4x

6 = 6x

8 = 8x

Now, substituting the values -

→ 1x + 2x + 3x + 4x + 6x + 8x = 720°

→ 24x = 720°

→ x \cancel{\dfrac{720}{24}}

→ x = 30°

Finding the angles,

x = 30°

2x = 2 × 30 = 60°

3x = 3 × 30 = 90°

4x = 4 × 30 = 120°

6x = 6 × 30 = 180°

8x = 8 × 30 = 240°

\therefore Each angles are of, 30°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 180°, 240°
