First of all, the question needs some corrections.
Question should be :
He asked, "Am I looking good?"
(Change into Indirect Speech)
Answer be :
He asked whether he was looking good.
Rule :
(i) To change the Interrogative Sentence into Indirect Speech, we need to change the Interrogative Sentence into an Assertive Sentence.
(ii) If there be 'say', 'tell' as Reporting Verbs, in Indirect Speech, we need to replace them by 'ask', 'enquire of' and in some cases 'want to know' can be used.
(iii) In place of Introductory Conjunction, we need to write 'whether' or 'if'.
(iv) At the end of the Indirect Speech, 'full stop (.)' to be used.
(v) Here, the Reporting Verb is in Past Tense and the Reported Speech is in Present Continuous Tense. So in conversion to the Indirect Speech, the Reported Speech need to be converted into Past Continuous Tense.
[Hope it helps you.]
