from the above diagram we get 4 triangle whose height and base are 12 cm and 16 cm respectively

X is the hypotenuse

according to Pythagoras property

base²+ height ²is equals to hypotenuse square

which is equals to

16 ² + 12² =x²

=256 + 144 =x²

400=x²

therefore X is 20

so perimeter of rhombus is 20 ×4 =80cm
