Answer: Transitive verb

Exaplaination: I will give you a very simple technique to identify which is Transitive and Intransitive verb...

In Transitive verb there will be three sectors that is object, subject, and action verb so has let me take an example..

underlined is verb, italics is object, and the bold word subject

1)He dipped his finger in the milk.

Here,

Subject :He

Object: Milk

Verb: dipped

In this sentence there are three sectors...

so therefore it is Transitive verb....

In Intransitive verb there will be only two sectors that is Subject and Verb. In Intransitive verb there is no required of object in the sentence....let me take a example

underlined is verb and bold word is subject

2)The Bird flew away.

Here,

Subject:Bird

Verb:flew

so in this sentence there is no object....so this is Intransitive verb....

Hope this was helpful for you...

Thank you!
