It has been done on purpose by him.

OR, It has been done by him on purpose.

■ Passive voice rule for Present Perfect Tense (Assertive Sentence) :

  1. Object will become Subject
  2. has been / have been
  3. Main Verb (Past Participle form)
  4. by / with / to etc.
  5. Subject will become Object.
  6. Others.

■ Explanation :

  • Here, it is the Object and it stays unchanged in Passive Voice.

  • Then follows 'has been' and Main Verb (Past Participle form).

  • We write by and then Subject ('he' changes into 'him').

  • Then write down the rest.
