Hey dear :D
___________________________

I guess ur question should be 'He is richer than me.'

In order to change this into negative, u need to change its degree.

Convert it into positive; that will be -----> I'm not so rich as him. (This is the answer to ur question).

Note that 'so' will be used because its a negative sentence.

so I = me

Correct sentence
--- He is richer than me
so use "NOT" after helping verb "is"

:- he is not richer than me
but it is wrong

correct is--

===== RULE ====

1. use not after h.verb
