Adverbial clause can modify the adverb and this is a dependent clause that functions on an adverb.
Like other clauses, you can find the subject and predicate in the adverbial clauses, but sometime you cannot find out the predicate in these clauses.
They always supported by the subordinate conjunctions which are known as trigger words.
