radius = diameter / 2 cm
radius = 7.6 / 2 cm
radius = 3.8 cm
radius = diameter / 2 cm

what do you mean by vernier scale coincidence .
do you mean that 6 points of main scale & vernier scale are coinciding or the point 6 of vernier scale only is coinciding with main scale?
mine answer is close to it if converted to meter 0.038 m
