This is a really interesting question to answer. Basically we have 18–19 hrs a day, rest 5–6 are spent in schools/colleges /job etc. And now we are blessed with the greatest asset i.e, TIME,complete 24 hrs!

Here's how I utilize this 24 hours:-

I get up at 4 in the morning.(one of the best habits I have developed during lockdown).1st thing I do is drinking 3 glasses of water(take at least 1–2 glasses):It keeps the body hydrated after 7–8 hours of sleep .

And then I read out my goals every morning. And do some journaling. (For those who don't know what journaling is…Preparing TO-DO List and prioritizing the imp tasks, writing down weekly, monthly and yearly goals, planning tasks etc in notebook or diary are included in journaling.)

Then comes my favorite part i.e, Exercise(20 min warmup - exercise - basic stretching), followed by 10 min meditation.

Study for atleast 1–2 hrs(or more). Morning hours are best to memorize or grasp new topics.I use this time to learn a new language. Learning 3–4 words per day really helps in Long term. Studying in morning hours does wonders for memory retention.

Find your side hustle .You have great amount of time, learn something new , explore new fields, develop some new skills. Anyhow take your first step towards the dream you were planning for so long.

Read a Novel on any topic you are intrested in. At least 2 pages /day.I was really amazed after competition of my first novel. It gives you wide knowledge of the thing and the main reason I recommend reading books is that, an author collects his 'lifelong lesson' in a single book, all the experience gained from success to failures.

Work on your weaknesses. It could be anything from reading, communication, animation, or marketing skills. Internet is the limit. I'm woIfing on my presentaion skills, by mirror talk. Watching TED Talks is also a great option . If you spend 1 hr /day on your weaknesses, by the end of a year it will definitely turn into your strength.

Talk to a stranger daily. Since it's lockdown period, you can chat on social platforms. One of them is definitely going to stay by your side for lifetime .

At the end of the day, do some analysis whether you were able to get all the tasks done? If no, what can be inproved in your schedule. Analyse your food habits. And PLAN NEXT DAY before sleep.

Overall goal is to make the best out of each day.

Wake up with dreams in eyes and sleep satisfied at night.
