Hola mate !!

<big><b>Indirect speech</big></b>

▶It is method of expressing sentences in an indirect manner when the conversation of one person is passed on to another person . Here , there is no usage of normal commas and inverted commas . We also change the tenses and pronouns as the conversation may be passed on to different people .

<big><b>ANSWER :-</big></b>

▶He told me that I was not doing my work seriously .

Here ,
The changes made while converting from question to answer are -

° Said to - Told + that

° You - I

° Are not - Was not
( as to whenever there is a conversion into Indirect speech , the tense is always changed in PAST form )

° Your - My

HOPE HELPS !!
