Let ten digits number be x

And Ones digit number =12-x

ATQ

10x+(12-x) +18=10(12-x)+x

10x+12-x+18=120-10x+x

9x+30=120-9x

9x+9x=120-30

18x=90

X=90/18=5

The number =10x+(12-x)

=10×5+(12-5)

=50+7

=57
