He sum of three prime numbers is 100. If one of them exceeds another by 36, then one of the numbers is:

amitnrw: x + x + 36 + 2 = 100 => 2x = 62 so x = 31 , x+36 = 67 so three prime numbers are 2 , 31 & 67
amitnrw: one number has to be 2 as for sum of 3 prime number to be even its necessary to have one even number which is also prime that is only 2.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation: hey mate

Let p1+p2+p3=100, also let p2=p1+36⟹2p1+p3=64, from here p1≠p2≠2⟹p3=2, hence p1=31⟹p2=67.

Step-by-step explanation:

x + x + 36 + 2 = 100

=> 2x = 62

so x = 31 ,

x+36 = 67

so three prime numbers are 2 , 31 & 67
