A very good morning to all the experts, my respected teachers and my dear colleagues. I would like to give a speech on health and fitness on this special day. First I would thank my class teacher to give me such a big opportunity to give speech on this occasion on the health and fitness.
It is the most special topic for nowadays because of depletion of natural resources and deteriorating environment. In the real sense, health and fitness are two sides of the same coin means both are very necessary to live a healthy and happy life. Without proper health and fitness, one cannot have a feeling of physical, mental and social well-being. This is the very common thing which everyone must understand and follow throughout the life for the wellness of their health and keep body and mind in better functioning in balance.
To become a healthy and fit person we require good natural environment, healthy living, healthy food habits, daily physical exercise and personal cleaning. These all facilitate us a good health for a long time. On the other side an unhealthy environment because of the overpopulation, industrialization and pollution which causes bad health and mental disturbance. The bad health always threatens the life as it brings many dreadful diseases such as heart attack, cancer, hypertension, blood pressure, diabetes, hepatitis, AIDS, kidney failure, liver problems, etc.
An unhealthy mind leads a person towards the unhealthy body and vice versa. It is very important to balance the mental and physical health to enjoy the life and nature’s beauty. The good mental health makes a person able to feel well-being with good inner strength. We should take care of our bodies and follow the timely routine, exercise and eat proper healthy foods are best ways to stay healthy and fit. Taking proper food according to the body requirement, high in protein and vitamin and low in sugar, salt and fat. The alcohol is not good for health is should not be consumed by human beings. We must select the right food which provides the required energy to them. Healthy food provides energy to the body, keeps person happy, and provides a healthy mind. On the other hand, poor nutrition makes a person weak, sad, angry, tired and worry which is not good for mind and body.
A healthy food and daily practice of yoga and physical exercises are also necessary to keep the hormones in balance. It reduces the depression level by improving the mood and relieving anxiety. We should take out some time from our busy schedule to enjoy the life and nature.
