i personaly think this statement is absalutly wong .beacause education is inportant than any other wealth,even tho it is said that health is wealth,if there is no education how can we now what cure we must take when we are affected by some deasease how are we suppose to know about medicines we must take .so i conclude by saying or writing education is better than health  in inproving qulity of population beacause if education is there healh will be also there.

Both aspects are equally important but first comes the health of the population becoz if the people are not fine and are falling sick regularly. They will not be able to give good results to the country...and will not be able to help in increasing the economic level of the country..thus we should take care of health of our country by proper sanitation practices..having good hospitals...so that our country people are disease free and we can have good quality of population
