health is wealth is a common proverb used in our daily life .
it is said that health is more important than wealth because because nothing is more important than a good health .because a good health is needed to live a peaceful and happy life .no one can be happy without a good health .unhealthy people cannot enjoy their life properly even they are rich or poor .people having good health enjoy every moment of life even it is financially ,socially ,physically or mentally .maintaining good health is not very easy. good or bad health depends on several factors like air ,water, atmosphere, family,financial condition,Lifestyle ,psychological ,genetic conditions and many more.to maintain a healthy life people should avoid and healthy foods having high calories.we should eat a breakfast lunch and dinner at night time .we should stick to balance diet and avoid smoking ,intake of alcohol and bad Lifestyle etc ....take plenty of water and away from stress depression and negative thinking .to live a good life we should also follow moral values and discipline order of life.getting good health is very difficult because everything like food or IT sector is polluted which cause health hazards .bad health avoid us to enjoy our life and to live a better long life .we should also follow physical exercises,breathing fresh air ,live in greenery etc..
we should not do jealous from others we can say that a healthy person is gift of wealth ..
