Firstly we should know the full meaning of Heath i.e. When a person is physically, mentaly and socially well being that is said to be heath person.
Steps taken to Be Heathy:-
1. We should avoide the Fat food like:- Burger, pizza, Momo, samosa etc
2. At night just before sleeping we should take milk and 2 banana.
3. In morning we should rise at 5 am for some excercise, meditation and take some gram(chana).
4. We should avoide the Faltu Bate jo log hamare bare mein bolte hai, app sirf apni suniye, wo log apko demotivate krte rhenge jb app unpe dhyan dena chod denge to wo bore hokr bolna chod denge.
