Addiction not only destroy your body functions but also ruin your mind and thinking.

To overcome addictions one should--

# consult to doctor

# do yoga and exercise

# should eat a healthy diet

# be happy and don't let stress get heavy on you

# leave any addiction bye decreasing it's dosage slowly slowly.
