There are many food chains like pizza, burger, momos are fastfood that can be seen in early concer of world. They can be easily seen in every metros and big cities. But unfortunately people forget that the best taste often the worst for our body.
Junk food create so many health problems. It adds weight and makes a person fatty over weight. we lose the ability to produce insuling and became the victim of diabetes. The oil and leads to heart disease. Junk food leaves behind or the nutrition when it has been prepared and high cholesterol.
On the other hand healthy food supply us protein and essential nutrients. So we should start consuming healthy food instant of junk food.
