Healthy food is very essential for leaving . At the present senario people are going more attracted to junk food than on healthy one which is harming their health . Thus they are more prone to several disease. The list of healthy foods are as follows -:
i. Lemon is a very good source of vitamin c which is for eyes.
ii. An apple a day keeps doctor away as it keeps us full of antioxidant .
iii. Eating banana after milk makes us more
healthy .
iv. Amla is a rich source of almost all vitamins ,etc .
Thus the above foods eating in limited manner along with other common food will be a boon to us.
