Healthy human body will be at temperature 37celcius .when we consider atmosphere temperature 25celcius. why the body temperature donot match with surrounding temperature?

Due to the various biochemical reactions in our body which release heat which makes the body warmer. Liver is responsible for the normal body temperature.
