Health is Wealth is a proverb truer than gold.
It has been surveyed and found that small countries like Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and Japan are some of the wealthiest countries of the world. The reason for it is definitely the citizens who are extremely hard working. But behind their secret of hard work is their good health.
All these countries follow a strict check of health related issues. All these countries are extremely clean. Food adulteration is almost absent. The choice of food for them is which ensures good health. Physical exercise from school level is mandatory.
India on the other hand is a stark opposite. It is a sad reality to confess how dirtily we keep our country. In spite of the efforts of the Swachh Bharat Abijyan we fail to make a mark. Our food habits are extremely unhealthy. We love spicy, deep fried, oily food.
Food outlets never maintain hygiene. Physical exercise is a night mare. Obviously an average Indian develops into a lazy, ailing individual. Hence I firmly believe that a HEALTHY INDIA is a WEALTHY INDIA. Jai Hind.
