At work, it means the workforce is energetic and more productive, than a workforce which is tired and drags itself to work every day.

Good infrastructure like community space, play grounds, gymnasiums, theatres, hospitals and healthcare centres support healthy population. Optimum working hours give employees more free time to spend with their families and pursue positive interests. The government and its policies, play a main role in all of these.
