Diet is a kind of routine in every person's life. More than 75 % people in this world fail to understand proper diet and it's inner meaning. Diet according to doctors of the WHO is considered as:

- Regular Exercising and Playing Games
These are all the required qualities for a good diet. Without a healthy diet one suffers from a very dangerous disease called Obesity.
