From diseased plant shoot apical meristem cells can be taken as these are the actively dividing cells and they don' t have proper vascular system. Because it is the actively growing region plant hormones present in the region. This region generally remains unaffected from disease causing agents. This region can be extracted and grown on suitable growth medium can be useful for healthy growth of plants.
