curved surface area of cone :-

$= \pi \: r \: l$

We have,

r = 612 cm

l = 612 cm ( approx ) { find by l = √r^2 + h^2 }

put values

$= \pi \: r \: l \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 612 \times 612 \\ = 229255274 { \: cm}^{2} \\ = 22925.5274 { \: \: m}^{2}$
