radius = d/2 = 12 cm

height = h = 3.5 cm

volume of heap of rice = volume of cone
                                     = 1/3*22/7*12*12*3.5
                                     = 527.79 cm³

$if \: r \: is \: the \: radius \: and \: h \: is \: the \: \\ height \: then \: volume \: of \: cone \\ = \frac{1}{3} \pi {r}^{2} h$
$given \: r = \frac{24}{2} = 12 \: and \: h = 3.5$
$thus \: volume \: of \: rice = \\ \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times {12}^{2} \times 3.5 = 528 \: {m}^{3}$
