We are given a set of questions from the chapter "REVERENCE TOWARDS GOD".The answers are as follows:

  1. The universe can be changed with God’s strength and majesty.
  2. In the poem, nature is said to be full of beauty and serenity.
  3. The theme of the poem is the immense love and devotion for God. The poem's central idea is how we should worship and glorify God.
  4. When the famine hit, the number of villagers visiting the temple increased. They even began coming twice and three times daily, and they even congregated to perform rituals.
  5. The priest is aware that the peasants turned to God while they were in trouble, but when God delivered them and made them happy, they simply stopped remembering him. This let the priest understand why God did not see them as True Devotees.

The poem is a beautiful way of telling that God is the supreme power of all and one must have immense faith in God who will save them in extreme difficulties.
