Cancer in any organ can be primary, originating in that organ itself, or secondary, when it has spread from some other site. Secondary is either direct when it spreads by contiguity or indirect when the spread is through lymphatics or blood.

Cancer is mainly what we call the event where the cells begin to multiply at an uncontrollable pace to the point where it starts harming the body and spreading (via lymph nodes). It begins when DNA is damaged when replicatingWith
this information, we can easily say that skin, colon, and easily
replicating organs get cancer easier (compared to others) but heart/cardiac cancer is extremely rare to the point where doctors would be legitimately amazed to see it.This
is since it only replicates when damaged, which is rare in itself. Add
that to cancer being rare so cardiac cancer is very, very rare. Probably
about 1 in a few hundred million so i guess that counts.
