Heat 4 tbsp vegetable
oil in a deep pan and
sauté 3 finely chopped
onions till it turn brown.
Garnish with finely
chopped coriander
leaves. Serve it hot with
rice or Indian breads.
Soak 1 kg white chick
peas (Kabuli chana)
overight. Put soaked
chick peas into pressure
cooker and place a tea
bag in it. Cook it until
3 whistles and strain
excess water.
Now add chick peas,
2 tbsp Badshah
Punjabi Chhole Masala,
1 tsp turmeric powder
and 1 tsp red chilli
powder. Stir it for 5-7
minutes. Now add 3
finely diced tomatoes,
salt to taste and water
as per the gravy you
require. Cook it for 15
minutes on low flame.
Add Badshah Masala Turmeric Powder and
Chilli Powder for best results.
