The weight on a nozzle gets lifted and some steam gushes out. Even when the water is not hot enough it contains some energy and is not enough to lift the weight at the top. But later the water forms steam it is able to lift the weight. It means that water gets energy due to it. This tells us that heat is a form of energy.
