heat is liberated when water is added to concentrated sulphuric acid or calcium oxide but sulphuric acid considered as a physical change while the reaction on calcium oxide involves a change. explain?​

When water is added to conc.H2SO4, the acid gets diluted and no chemical change takes place but when water us added to CaO, Ca(OH)2 is formed and the chemical reaction us taken place.

CaO+H2O--------》Ca(OH)2
