The temperature of the mixture will be 75 degree Celsius

This is because

According to Thermal equilibrium

The mixture having the highest temperature will try to equalise its temperature when it is mixed in a beaker of water which has less temperature

so this is called thermal equilibrium.

In this process some heat from a high temperature body will be transferred to less temperate body..

so at 75 degree clesius the heat is balanced i.e.

Thermal equilibrium
