Maharani, goaded by rage and frustration at having been deprived of her apple core, now decided to make a bid for liberty and
pastures new and rushed forward in great style.
Duted with joy, but the others did not notice this new challenge until Maharani had drawn level with her conferring rivals. There was
a gasp of surprise from the spectators as Maharani strode across the finish line in record time.
