Two nouns joined together using a coordinating conjunction makes a subject. In order to simply create a uniclausal sentence one needs a finite verb only , the subject and the object may remain understood.

Generally an object can be regarded as the action receptivity center of the subject via the verb and such a verb which involves an object in order to pass on the actions of the subject is known as a transitive verb and can be passivised. In classical grammar intransitive verbs can't be passivised . But if the action is converted into the noun form with correspondence then the voice change is possible. As the aforesaid has none of the criteria fulfilled hence it is impossible to passivise the aforesaid phrase.
