during adolescence it is the time of the growth of the body(by cell division or dividing of cells ) and if we carry heavy supplements than they can disturb the processs of growth as the force acts downwards opposite to the growth of our body resulting to short height while basketball players have a very long height as in this sport the apply force in the direction of the growth of our body
