Given : Heer made a shake by mixing chocolate syrup in milk

200 ml of shake contained 24% of the syrup,

To find : how much milk did she take.

Solution:

200 ml of shake contained 24% of the syrup,

Syrup =   (24/100)200

=> syrup =  24 * 2

=> syrup  =  48 ml

Total shake = 200 ml

Milk = 200 - 48

= 152 ml

other ways

Syrup = 24 %

=> milk = 100 - 24 = 76 %

milk = (76/100) 200  = 152 ml
